This was my 4th company coming out for the same issue. I could not get the AC lines cleaned out and keep them cleaned. Today, I tried Tarpon. They arrived, on time. New what to do. He put in new system Tarpon created and the AC is flowing PERFECTLY!!! I called them because they had 59 “5”‘s on Google. Make that 60! Nice work gentleman. You have my business moving forward.

After dealing with what my wife and I thought was a reputable company, we called Tyler (referred to us by a co-worker) at Tarpon Air & Construction to ask him what his thoughts on an issue we were having with our AC unit. Not only was he thorough, but he found 2 issues with the unit and charged us less than 1/3 of what we were going to pay our “trusted” company for one issue. Turns out our parts were under warranty. He was at our house within 2 hours of the call and got our family up, running and comfortable. I Cannot say enough about Tyler and Tarpon. I wish doing business was this pleasant more often. A real stand up group of professionals. We’re sticking with this company!!!

1st let me say the customer service, the professionalism and the genuine personalities of these men cannot be beat. Pedro was so genuinely concerned about our living situation that he said he would get us a window ac to hold us over so we could at least sleep well and be able to be productive at work the next day. Both Pedro and Rob stayed in constant contact with us bringing updates as they received them. I cannot say enough good about them not only as people but as business men that are not all about making money but that are genuinely concerned for their customers and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and that all are happy. I would recommend them highly.
